Start with a Conversation

We offer a no-cost initial consultation to understand your organization, your objectives and the level of support required, and to determine honestly whether Ferrero Forward Consulting is the right fit for what you need. If we're not, we'll tell you, and we'll point you toward someone who is.

Fixed Fees, Not Open Meters

Most of our engagements are delivered on a fixed-fee basis. You receive a single, all-in price for the work, so you know the total cost upfront and can budget with confidence, without watching hours accumulate.

Our fixed fees include travel and related expenses. We don't itemize meals, mileage or accommodation on your invoice; it's built into the price, so there are no expense line items to explain at an open Council meeting.

Following our initial conversation, we prepare a detailed proposal covering scope, deliverables, timelines and total cost, so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. No hidden fees. No surprise invoices.

If scope expands beyond what we agreed, we don't simply keep billing. We stop, tell you, and seek your approval before any additional work proceeds.

If a project requires specialized expertise from one of our associates, their involvement and cost are identified clearly in your proposal, full transparency on who is doing the work and what it costs.

That doesn't happen here. Guillermo and Juli personally deliver the work. The people you meet are the people who do the job, from the first conversation to the final report.

We Use AI to Save You Money: The Right Way

There's a difference between using AI to write a consultant's report and using AI to solve a municipal problem. We do the latter.

We use AI as a professional tool for the work that genuinely benefits from it: analyzing large volumes of data, identifying patterns across surveys and turnover records, modelling options, and building automated processes that create real capacity inside your organization. Analysis that would once have taken weeks of billable time can often be completed in a fraction of that, accurately, and at a fraction of the cost.

What we don't do is hand you AI-generated content dressed up as professional advice. Every finding, recommendation and deliverable reflects our own municipal experience and professional judgment. You're hiring decades of CAO-level experience, and that is what you receive.

The larger firms have access to the same tools we do. The difference is that their pricing doesn't reduce when the work gets done faster, ours does.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied that we delivered what was outlined in the proposal, we'll work to make it right, and if we can't resolve it, we'll refund our professional fees for the portion of work that didn't meet the agreed scope.
